Cancellation Policy
Policy Notification Thank you for choosing us as your massage and bodywork provider. In order to provide the best service possible to our clients, we have implemented the following policies: Thank you for choosing us. To provide the best care, please review the following policies: Cancellation & No-Show Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late cancellations are billed at 50%; no-shows are charged in full. Emergencies or illness may be exempt at the practitioner’s discretion. Late Arrivals Sessions end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals are charged in full without time extension. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first visit, and 5 minutes early for all others. Session Termination Only professional, therapeutic services are offered. Inappropriate behavior (e.g. harassment, sexual advances, threats, or intoxication) will result in immediate termination with full payment due. Clients may also end sessions at any time; refunds are at the practitioner’s discretion. Draping Policy Clients will be professionally draped at all times. Only the area being treated will be uncovered. Privacy & Consent All session records are confidential and shared only with written client consent. Consent for treatment is granted upon form submission and may be withdrawn at any time, verbally or in writing. Practitioners check in during sessions to ensure continued consent. Client comfort and safety are top priorities.
